How to apply to a TpEMIS-managed university programme

Walk through the full TpEMIS admissions cycle, from creating a candidate account to receiving your offer letter.

Allow about an hour to gather documents and complete the form.

What you’ll need

  • Government-issued photo ID (passport or national ID)
  • WAEC / NECO results (PDF)
  • A passport-size photograph (JPEG, <2 MB)
  • Application fee (paid via Orange Money or bank transfer)

Tools

  • A computer or smartphone with internet access
  1. Step 1: Create your candidate account

Visit admissions.tpemis.com and sign up with your email. You will receive a verification code via SMS or email — enter it to activate the account.

  2. Step 2: Choose your programme

Select up to three programmes in order of preference. The system shows real-time eligibility based on your declared WAEC/NECO subjects.

  3. Step 3: Upload your documents

Upload your ID, exam results, and photograph. Documents are scanned for legibility and you will see a green checkmark when each one passes.

  4. Step 4: Pay the application fee

Pay via Orange Money, Africell Money, or bank transfer. The reference number is auto-attached to your application.

  5. Step 5: Submit and track

Submit your application. You will receive SMS and email updates at each stage: received, under review, decision pending, and offer issued.
