The challenge
Eight disconnected systems — Excel workbooks, Access databases, two custom legacy SIS — managed admissions, registration, grading and faculty workload across the university. Reporting to the Faculty Senate took weeks; admissions cycle averaged 14 weeks per intake.
Our solution
Phased TpEMIS rollout starting with the Faculty of Engineering (most data-heavy). Built a custom data-migration pipeline with automated validation. Trained 120 faculty admins, then ran 8 weeks of parallel operation before each faculty's go-live.
